It takes active and focused work to achieve broad diversity and good inclusion among our employees. We have set clear goals for what we want to achieve.

How we work to promote diversity and ensure inclusion

  • The gender balance in management positions in the company should reflect the gender balance in the company as a whole
  • We should have equal pay between women and men for the same work or work of equal value
  • Diversity is an integral part of our dilemma training
  • We map whether there is an increased risk of discrimination in different phases of the employment relationship
