A diverse workforce is important to us. This ensures a broad range of perspectives, experiences and skills. That is why we actively work to have a good balance between gender, age, education and background among our employees.

  1. Gender distribution

    62 percent of our employees are men and 38 percent are women. In total, 39 percent of our middle managers are women, and the proportion of women in the company management is 40 percent.

  2. Age composition

    40 percent of our employees are between the ages of 20-39. The same applies to the age group 40-59. The proportion of employees over 60 is around 11 percent.

  3. Education level

    64 percent of our employees have a Master's degree, 23 percent have a Bachelor's degree, and 2.5 percent hold a PhD.
