The place where subjects are developed and thrive

Subject competence is more than what is learned in school. It is also the competence we expect each employee to develop through the assignments we deliver. It is more than knowledge and skills, our attitudes and abilities are also crucial to developing our competence. The most important learning takes place in the projects. Through them, we develop solid project and design competence. This allows us to offer our customers both broad and focused advice.

The employee follows an individual plan to develop all parts of their competence in their field of expertise. With us, all employees become part of a competence network for their field of expertise. The competence networks are our central nervous system for the uniform development and management of subjects and best practices, and an important contributor to the development and thriving of competence.

Development through collaboration

We develop our professional expertise in several other arenas, such as in collaboration with key players in the industry, through participation in standardization work and research and development projects, by having teaching positions at renowned universities and colleges and by employees taking doctoral degrees.
