The land use is assessed against other conditions in the area, whether it concerns hazards, restrictions or use or protection related to the sea, landscape or the built environment. The municipality must coordinate and assess all interests in the municipality.
The land part shall be valid for at least 12 years, and the assessments must therefore be seen in a long-term perspective based on all interests in the municipality and the needs and priorities from the social part of the municipal plan.
