Multiconsult søker gjennom vår behandling av personopplysninger at det overnevnte blir ivaretatt. Vi vil kun benytte personopplysninger til formål som er saklig begrunnet i virksomheten, og personopplysningene vil behandles i samsvar med Multiconsults personopplysningsrammeverk, som er et rammeverk som ivaretar kravene i personopplysningsloven.
General
Multiconsult processes personal data about employees, potential employees, and employees of customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. We also process information about individuals who are not employed or engaged by Multiconsult.Multiconsult will ensure the proper, fair and lawful processing of personal data, and will only use such information for specified and legitimate purposes, in accordance with applicable law.
Multiconsult will therefore only process personal data when such processing is necessary for us to operate our business, provide services or other legitimate business interests, comply with legal requirements or agreements, or upon consent. Personal data will not be stored longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing.
Multiconsult will ensure appropriate information security related to confidentiality, integrity and availability.
External service providers may process personal data on behalf of Multiconsult. Multiconsult has reasonable and adequate measures to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with our personal data framework.
Multiconsult also processes information about individuals who are not employed or engaged by Multiconsult, for the following purposes:
Procurement matters
Multiconsult processes personal data that is necessary to procure goods and services from suppliers and contractors.Integrity Due Diligence
Multiconsult has established an Integrity Due Diligence (IDD) process. The IDD process consists of, among other things, collecting information that helps us understand who our potential partners are, what values they have and how they conduct their business. - Details about an individual’s work experience, position, qualifications, date of birth and driving licence

- Business information, including the names of people in relevant positions within a company and business details

Personal information may be collected in various ways, including:
- Directly by Multiconsult personnel when a business relationship is established or through operational activities
- From a customer, supplier or other interested party, from a publicly available information source (e.g. website) or from an employer (e.g. when a supplier or contractor provides personal information about its employees)
- Through Multiconsult’s websites; or
- Personal information directly provided by an individual
Multiconsult has internal agreements in place to provide Multiconsult with a legal basis for the transfer of personal data within the Multiconsult Group, including to subsidiaries outside the EU/EEA. These agreements apply to all personal data that is protected by EU data protection legislation.
Multiconsult will also ensure that the European data protection legislation is complied with when such data is transferred to external processors located outside the EU/EEA.
National and international legislation on the processing of personal data grants rights to data subjects. Such data subjects have, in certain cases, the right to request access, rectification, erasure and/or restrictions on the processing of their data.
We update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If such updates are not material, we will publish the updated version without separate notice. If the changes are material and affect your rights or the way we process personal data, we will provide separate notice on our website. Therefore, please review this Privacy Policy regularly.
